Policies

In order to provide the best customer service to all of my clients, there are some important policies implemented to keep this one-woman business running smoothly. Please read them thoroughly and do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Late Policy

If you are 10+ minutes late to your appointment, it will automatically be cancelled and a new appointment must be scheduled.
You will have forfeited the original deposit and a new, NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% of the service must be paid in order to re-book your appointment.
Re-booking is not guaranteed and will be based on availability.

Non Refundable Deposit & Payment Policy

When you send any type of payment, you are stating that you agree and understand that it is NON REFUNDABLE for ANY reasons, whatsoever, whether it be for natural or unnatural causes.

In the event that Beauty by Kayshia initiates an appointment cancellation, for any reason, you will then be issued a refund for your deposit or you will have the option to transfer it to the next available date.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason(s), please reach out to me at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. If not, you will have forfeited your deposit and all appointment re-scheduling will be based on availability, as well as a new NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% of the service must be paid at the time of re-booking. For ALL SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS, a 50% non refundable deposit of the service must be paid along with a $35 inconvenience fee in order to re-book.

If you do not show up at all to your appointment and you do not notify me ahead of time, you not only forfeit your deposit but in order to ever book a 2nd chance appointment with Beauty by Kayshia, you will have to pay a "no show" fee of $50 PLUS a non refundable deposit of 100% of the service at the time of booking. Re-schedules are based on availability and are not guaranteed. If you miss your 2nd chance appointment, you will no longer be able to book any services with Beauty by Kayshia.

If you do not show up to your appointment for a 2nd time, you will not only forfeit all deposits/payments, but Beauty by Kayshia reserves the right to refuse any future service(s) to you.

Guest Policy

At this time, NO GUESTS ARE PERMITTED to accompany you during your appointment unless stated otherwise. Although I love children, NO CHILDREN ARE TO ATTEND THE APPOINTMENT UNLESS THEY ARE THE ONE(S) RECEIVING SERVICES.
If you are a group of individuals that booked a glam together, you may arrive together.
If you are a minor, a parent can accompany you to the appointment.

Safety & Sanitation

Please be respectful about the strict safety & health measures that Beauty by Kayshia will be implementing at this time. Please be honest when filling out the questionnaire. Your honesty and integrity will keep both you and I safe and healthy. If you are showing any signs of sickness upon arrival, Beauty by Kayshia reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

*PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT IT IS A FEDERAL CRIME TO PURPOSELY SPREAD ANY DISEASES AND/OR SICKNESSES THAT CAN RESULT IN DEATH, SERIOUS ILLNESS, AND/OR CAUSE AN EPIDEMIC.*

Please read below for details upon arriving for your appointment:

-Please wear a mask upon arrival. DO NOT remove it until asked to do so.

-You may or may not have your temperature checked upon arriving.

-You will be given the option to sanitize your hands or wash them thoroughly with soap & water in the bathroom.

-No food or drinks. Water is allowed and will also be offered to you during your appointment. For longer hair appointments, you may bring a snack/lunch.

-Please silence your phone & have it tucked away in your purse/backpack. You may use it for emergency purposes.

*If you arrive to your appointment with a cough, fever, or any other COVID related symptoms, your appointment will be cancelled upon arrival and you will have forfeited your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Re-booking is not guaranteed and will be based upon availability and a new NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required.

Right to Refuse Service

Beauty by Kayshia prides itself in providing great service to all clientele and inquiring persons. Should any issues arise, I will always do my best to find a resolution. Though these situations are less than rare, please be reminded that Beauty by Kayshia LLC reserves the right to refuse service to ANYONE for ANY reason.

Right to change pricing & policies

Beauty by Kayshia has the right to change pricing to any and/or all services as well as changing any or all policies & procedures at ANY given time without notice. These prices are NON-NEGOTIABLE. Any negotiations will be an AUTOMATIC DELCNE to any service request(s). Beauty by Kayshia will always announce these changes, out of courtesy, for all clients' convenience.
